1. Enter the sweepstakes by filling in each coupon/entry from (this issue of Saguaro Gold Magazine), with your Saguaro Gold Sweepstakes Number found in the gold bar on your cover. Then make purchases (using the coupons) at each store before May 27, 2012. Do not mail in your coupon. Each completed and redeemed coupon is a separate sweepstakes entry. You can also hand print your Saguaro Gold Sweepstakes Number on a 3”x 5” piece of paper and mail it in an envelope to: Saguaro Gold Magazine, PO Box 2718, Carefree, AZ 85377. Enter by mail as often as you wish, but each mail-in entry must be received in a separate envelope. Saguaro Gold Magazine is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected coupons or mail-in entries. Mutilated, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries or facsimiles are not eligible. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. 2. A random drawing will be conducted on or about June 8, 2012 to determine the winning Saguaro Gold Sweepstakes Number that will be awarded the one Grand Prize of $5,000 cash. 3. The winning Saguaro Gold Sweepstakes Number will available by calling (480) 503-5368 or visiting our website at www.saguarogold.net on or after June 8, 2012. Prize winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and to provide his/her name, legal address and a their social security number. If the winner is a minor, the prize money will be rewarded to his/her legal guardian. Taxes on prize money are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will have until july 6, 2012 to claim his/her prize money. Acceptance of prize money constitutes permission to use the winner’s name, photograph or other likeness for purposes of advertising, trade, broadcast and promotion on behalf of Saguaro Gold Magazine without further compensation to the winner. In addition, all entrants agree to release Saguaro Gold Magazine, the participating merchants, the advertising media, public accounting firms and any other organizations and individuals involved in Saguaro Gold Sweepstakes from any and all liability for injuries or damages which may be sustained as a result of their use of the prize money or any related activity. 4. Saguaro Gold Sweepstakes is open to all persons. Employees of Saguaro Gold Magazine, their immediate families, the participating advertisers, and the public accounting firm involved in this promotion are ineligible. Void where restricted by law. By entering, each participant accepts these rules and agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges, which shall be final.
